Boberts, Latvian porridge in a slow cooker
Such a simple, but very tasty porridge can please You in the morning and give a charge of vivacity and good mood! My assistant multivarka VITEK 4212-BK.

Ingredients

  • Almonds

    50 g

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Salt

  • Sugar

    3 Tbsp

  • Semolina

    120 g

  • Milk

    500 ml

Separate the yolks from the whites. RUB the yolks with sugar and vanilla sugar. Whip whites into a thick foam.

Almonds to grind.

To enable the mode "Control", setting temperature of 150° C, pour in the milk and bring to boil.

A thin stream, stirring constantly, add the semolina.

Bring to boil, unplug the slow cooker and leave the mess for 5 minutes with the lid closed. To get the bowl from multivarki, salt porridge, stir and let cool slightly.
