Eggplant caviar in a slow cooker
Cooked eggs in the slow cooker tastier and easier to prepare. It can be served both hot and cold appetizer! You can grind in a blender or serve in small pieces.

Ingredients

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Pepper

    1 piece

  • Tomato

    1 piece

  • Tomato paste

    3 Tbsp

  • Olive oil

    4 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Salt

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Eggplant

    2 piece

Eggplant and carrots grate on a coarse grater. Onion, bell pepper and tomatoes finely chopped.
