Cooking
Our cake will be 4 layers. Each cake has its own stuffing-cranberry, walnut, cherry, cocoa.
Prepare the batter:whisk eggs with sugar, add sour cream, flour and soda, stir. Divide into 4 approximately equal parts.
In one portion of the dough, add the cherry, and secondly-the cranberries, in the third-nuts, in the fourth-cocoa.
Cakes baked in greased with butter form, about 20 minutes (temperature 200°).
Prepare the cream: beat egg with sugar, add flour, pour in the milk. Put on the stove, stirring constantly, bring to a boil, but do not boil, allow to thicken, remove from heat, cool.
Cakes sandwiching cream. I put in this order:bottom cake layer with cocoa, next with cherry, then with nuts, and top with cranberries. In a water bath melt the chocolate, add honey and milk.
Fill the cake with chocolate, let harden. Decorate to your liking (I have a gummy candy).
