Cooking
Beat eggs, mix with sugar, softened butter, honey, salt and soda. Mass keep on a water bath for 10 min., stirring constantly, then add the flour and, stirring, simmer for 5 min. the Finished dough divided into 2 parts, one add cocoa.
Each of these parts divide into two, roll them in thin layers and bake them in a greased form.
CREAM the Flour, stirring constantly, heat in a pan until Golden brown. Then mix with eggs. Whip 300 g of cream to obtain a very thick mixture, add to the mousse. Whisk the egg whites and quickly enter them into the mousse.
