Round zucchini stuffed with mushrooms
Delicious and beautiful vegetarian dish. Come to the festive table the hot.

Ingredients

  • Zucchini

    5 piece

  • Mushrooms

    300 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Vegetable oil

  • Milk

    100 ml

  • Butter

    1 Tbsp

  • Flour

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Cheese

    50 g

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Dill

We will be cooking from round zucchini. But you can make this dish from an ordinary oblong zucchini. And mushrooms, you can use any.

Zucchini wash, cut off the tops and save them. They will need it. Using a spoon carefully remove the pulp.

Omit the zucchini and lids in boiling, salted water and cook for 10 minutes.

Finely chop the onion and fry until transparent. Add the mushrooms to the onions, half of zucchini pulp, salt, pepper and oregano.

Fry until evaporation of the liquid.

Meanwhile, make the sauce. Heat the milk and melt in it butter. While stirring, add the flour, salt and white pepper. The sauce should be thick.

To combine vegetables and sauce.

Stuff the courgettes with the stuffing.

In a deep form, put the zucchini and pour a bit of water. Grate cheese on a grater and combine it with chopped garlic and dill. Sprinkle it every tavern. Cover with foil and place in oven at T-re 200 deg. for 30 minutes. Then remove foil and bake to melt cheese.
