Homemade bread
I bake different breads, but this bread is the favorite in our family, so delicious that we eat it just like that... with tea, coffee or milk. I hope you like it too!

Ingredients

  • Water

    460 g

  • Vegetable oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Sugar

    0.25 tsp

  • Flour

    230 g

  • Flour

    650 g

  • Yeast

    2 tsp

  • Oat flakes

    100 g

  • Quinoa

    100 g

Cooking

In the bucket of x/p lay products: 1. Water + vegetable oil + salt + sugar;

2. Flour white and whole.

Make a little nest in the flour and add the yeast, and then hide them in the flour.

Add oat flakes.

Adding quinoa.

Put x/p on the "Dough". Here it is I'm doing.

Remove the dough from the bucket and knead it with your hands.

Divide the dough into 2 parts.

If you decide to decorate the bread, then each piece cut another small piece of dough.

Give the dough a smooth shape and place in greased with vegetable oil form.

For braids: roll out the dough, divide into 3 even piece, making them into strips and then braid.

Brush the bread with beaten egg. Put in the oven at 230*C for 30 minutes.
