Pate striped
Very interesting pate. The combination of liver pate and cheese for my taste was extremely successful. As snacks on the festive table, and so a pint of coffee or tea, great!

Ingredients

  • Cheese

    300 g

  • Garlic

    4 tooth

  • Soy sauce

    3 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Chicken liver

    400 g

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

    1 pinch

Cooking

Liver boil until cooked.

Peel the onion and cut into cubes. Fry until Golden brown in vegetable oil.

The liver (can be warm) put in a blender, season with salt and pepper add soy sauce "Kikkoman", to promolot in a homogeneous state. Then add fried onions and stir. Who doesn't like pieces of onion in the pate, then you bow again to grind meat in a homogeneous state.

Spread the pate in a jar layers. Really liked this combination! Pate is not intended for long-term storage! 1-2 days!
