Cooking
These are the basic ingredients.
Prepare stuffing. Finely chop the onion and fry, add minced meat to chicken, to season with salt, pepper and 1 tbsp. sauce-marinade "Teriyaki" from TM "Kikkoman". Optionally, if the stuffing like mine watery, add 2-3 tablespoons breadcrumbs.
Cabbage finely chop and fry in vegetable oil. Season with salt and dill. Eggs boil cool and peel away shell.
Form for baking grease with vegetable oil at the bottom to put some of the forcemeat, to form ledges.
For stuffing to put a layer of cabbage and eggs.
Cover them with cabbage and finally meat.
Bake in the oven preheated to 180 gr., within 50 minutes. 5 minutes until ready to grease the top of the sauce-marinade "Teriyaki" from TM "Kikkoman".
Return to the oven until a nice shiny crust.
Chicken "false hare" can serve hot for dinner, but no less tasty and it is cold.
Goes well with any vegetables or as a sandwich with a flavorful peanut sauce for their garlic.
