Baked ham without an oven
Unusually tasty meat! Here and slightly sweet notes, and the aroma of berries, and savor wine - delicious pork for your Christmas table!

Ingredients

  • Pork

    600 g

  • Jam

    3 Tbsp

  • Tabasco

    5 piece

  • Soy sauce

    3 Tbsp

  • Black pepper

  • Semi-dry red wine

    200 ml

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

Cooking

For marinade, combine lingonberry jam, Tabasco, pepper and soy sauce.

A piece of pork RUB with salt on all sides and leave for 1 hour, then pour the meat marinade.

Good "bathe" the meat in the marinade, cover with plastic wrap and store in the fridge for a day.

Remove the meat from the marinade (saving it). Heat the oil in a pan and sauté over high heat a piece of meat on all sides.

Put the meat in a saucepan, pour in the wine (I used currant wine, but grape), pour in the remaining marinade and simmer the meat under a lid for 40 minutes. Cool under the hood without removing it from the sauce.

Serve the cooked meat, cut into thin slices. As a sauce I recommend lingonberry jam!!!
