Kapusta "Provansal" - very fast and very tasty! Not know whether before this recipe... but share it, and suddenly someone come in handy!

Ingredients

  • Cabbage

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    0.5 kg

  • Sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

    0.5 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    0.5 cup

  • Vinegar

    0.5 Tbsp

  • Bay leaf

    2 piece

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Water

    0.5 l

  • Peppers red hot chilli

    0.5 Tbsp

Cooking

1. To chop the cabbage, carrots grate on a coarse grater, mix well. Add the finely chopped garlic, red pepper, Bay leaf.

2. Boil the brine: 0.5 l of water - 1 tablespoon sugar + 0,5 tbsp. salt, 1/2 Cup vegetable oil, 1/2 tbsp vinegar

3. Pour the hot brine the cabbage.

4. After a day the cabbage is ready to eat. Only the onion add! Recommend!
