                            1. To chop the cabbage, carrots grate on a coarse grater, mix well. Add the finely chopped garlic, red pepper, Bay leaf.                        
                     
                                    
                                                
                        
                            2. Boil the brine: 0.5 l of water - 1 tablespoon sugar + 0,5 tbsp. salt, 1/2 Cup vegetable oil, 1/2 tbsp vinegar                        
                     
                                    
                                                
                        
                            3. Pour the hot brine the cabbage.                        
                     
                                    
                                                
                        
                            4. After a day the cabbage is ready to eat. Only the onion add! Recommend!                        
                     
                                
                
                
             
            
получилась пресной,вернее- капуста не получилась.
