Vegetable soup with millet dumplings
It is a simple but very tasty vegetable soup. This soup will appreciate both adults and children.

Ingredients

  • Water

    2 l

  • Potatoes

    8 piece

  • Tomato

    1 piece

  • Tomato paste

    2 Tbsp

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Millet

    80 g

  • Flour

    4 Tbsp

  • Greens

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Cooking

Peel the onion and finely chop. Carrot peel and grate on a coarse grater.

Vegetable oil to heat in a pan, fry onions and carrots, add chopped tomato, tomato paste and cook for 6-7 minutes. Roasting for the soup ready.

Supply the water for the soup on the fire (2 liters). At the same time in another pan boil the millet until tender ( I stick). Remove the millet from a bag, allow to cool.

While the water for the soup in the saucepan is boiling, peel the potatoes. Cut into pieces and add to boiling water. Boil for 15 minutes.

Then add zazharku and cook for another 15-20 minutes. The soup and salt to taste.

To boiled wheat add flour, zamesit dough. Divide into 2 parts and roll into sausages.

Cut sausages into small pieces.

In the soup add the millet dumplings to cook for another 5-6 minutes. Remove from the heat. Add herbs to taste.
