Pea soup with ham
I love to cook soups fast: they are often the lifesaver. And today, I share with you proven repeatedly recipe a delicious Cup of noodles. Help yourself!

Ingredients

  • Peas

    1 cup

  • Broth

    1.5 l

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Potatoes

    2 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • The Apium graveolens Dulce

    2 piece

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Spices

  • Ham

    300 g

  • Vegetable oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Greens

    1 coup

Cooking

Chickpeas (I used split peas TM "Mistral" (it is not necessary to soak) rinse, pour the broth, salt (if broth is not salted) and cook over low heat 40-50 minutes.

Until cooked peas, cut onion, celery and carrot cubes.

Ham cut into large cubes

Potatoes to cut cubes, too

In the pan heat the oil and sauté the celery, onion, carrot (fry for 10 minutes stirring constantly)

Add ham and fry for 5-7 minutes more (do not forget to stir).

Add favorite spices, stir, disconnect the fire.

After 30 min. in broth with peas, add chopped potatoes, stir. Cook for 7-10 minutes.

Then add the contents of skorody, stir and cook for another 5-10 minutes.

Turn off the heat, add finely chopped greens and give a little "brew" soup.
