Caviar of eggplant
Nothing new in caviar no, I just decided to show their way of cooking.

Ingredients

  • Eggplant

    3 kg

  • Pepper

    1 kg

  • Tomato

    3 kg

  • Onion

    1 kg

  • Carrots

    1 kg

  • Garlic

    250 g

  • Peppers red hot chilli

    1 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    0.5 cup

  • Salt

Cooking

Onion peel and chop half rings. Fry in hot oil.

Bulgarian pepper to wash, remove the stalk and seeds. Divided into 4 halves and cut into strips. Add in the onion.

Wash tomatoes, cut into 4 pieces and shred. Add to the vegetables.

When the tomatoes start to let the juice.

Add the eggplant, cut into cubes. Cover and let steam (about 5-7 minutes).

Then open the lid and add finely chopped garlic, salt to taste (I did 5 tablespoons of salt).
