Biscuits-crackers with honey and walnuts is one of my favorites! The combination of the taste of walnuts and honey make this cookie amazing! It is sweet, nutritious, slightly crunchy and very useful. This cookie is prepared simply and relatively quickly! Great for Breakfast, and of course, a great lunch for a quick snack! Prepare these cookies, I hope that it will become a favorite in your family!

In a bowl, mix the flour and Oat flakes Mistral bran.
Then add salt, sugar and baking powder.
Walnuts to clean up. Kernels grind in a coffee grinder. Mix with the flour.
Butter room temperature cut into small pieces and add to flour.
RUB until the oil-flour crumbs.
Then pour in the milk and liquid honey.
Knead a soft dough. Divide it into two parts.
Each piece of dough roll it out between two sheets of parchment to a thickness of 5-7 mm. And cut into small rectangles.
Baking tray lay baking paper. Cookies lay on the prepared baking sheet. And prick each cracker with a fork. Send in a preheated oven (160 degrees). Bake for 12-15 minutes.
To extract the cookies from the oven. Cool on a wire rack, about 15 minutes.
