Fill pie with meat
Very tasty and easy to prepare pie. Especially will appeal to those who don't like to mess with the test. Go!

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Sugar

    1 tsp

  • Soda slaked vinegar

    1 tsp

  • Sour cream

    300 g

  • Salt

  • Flour

    9 Tbsp

  • Minced meat

    400 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Vegetable oil

  • Black pepper

Clean the onion.

Heat the pan, add vegetable oil and fry the onion.

To the onions add 400g of minced meat (I got pork) and fry. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.

Until you prepare the stuffing, begin preparing the dough. Take 2 eggs, 1 tsp sugar and a pinch of salt.

Whisk in the foam.

Add 300g of sour cream and stir.

Now add soda, slaked vinegar.

Add 9 tablespoons of flour.

All knead. Supposed to be quite liquid dough.

In form (I have a "Tefal", so I did not greased) spread 1/2 of the dough, spread with a spoon.

Spread the filling on top.

Now, the rest of the dough, too, even out with a spoon.

Put in a preheated 180 degree oven for 20-25 minutes. Get.
