Chicken fillet in creamy mustard sauce
Very delicate, slightly spicy pieces of chicken with mushrooms, mustard, leek and cream - it is amazingly simple and delicious! Preparing the chicken two days in a row - like we crazy!

Ingredients

  • Chicken

    400 g

  • Juice

    200 ml

  • Vinegar

    1 tsp

  • Mustard

    1.5 Tbsp

  • Butter

    20 g

  • Leeks

    1 piece

  • Mushrooms

    80 g

  • Cream

    100 ml

  • Vegetable oil

  • Noodles

Cooking

Chicken Breasts cut into pieces.

Leeks cut in half lengthwise and then crosswise-thin half-rings.

Heat 1 tbsp oil and fry chicken,stirring occasionally,until tender(10 min).

Pour the Apple juice,vinegar,add the mustard and season to taste with salt and pepper.Bring to a boil,reduce the heat and boil for 5-7 minutes,until the sauce is slightly boiled.

In another pan, melt the butter and sauté leek 3 minutes, Add the mushrooms cut into plates and fry for another 2 minutes If the mushrooms are frozen, time should be increased.

Mix with chicken,add cream and simmer 2 min.

You can serve it with any pasta;I used thin Japanese noodles I really like,almost like home.
