Cooking
Boil the rice in salted water, drain, cool.
Mix with a raw egg and grated on a large grater cheese.
Baking tray lay a baking paper, spread the rice (about 30*32 cm). Put in the hot oven for 7-10 minutes. Not to zarumyanivaniya!!!
Let's prepare the filling: eggs, chop, add onion, butter (room temperature), salt.
Rice remove from oven, slightly cool, spread the filling, roll into a tight roll, put on baking sheet seam side down, and again in the oven for 5 minutes.
To give the roll a bit to cool, slice. Serve as a side dish, although it can be a separate dish.
