Beef roll
Tender beef roulade with a light tomato flavor.. pine aroma.. interspersed with carrots, onion and garlic.. delicious cheese at the center.... a little sesame in creamy mustard sauce with a cap of fresh dill.. delicious in hot or cold for guests or just for yourself.. very easy.. BUT very tasty and satisfying

Ingredients

  • Minced meat

    700 g

  • Bread

    50 g

  • Chicken egg

  • Carrots

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    5 tooth

  • Milk

    1 Tbsp

  • Cheese

    150 g

  • Dill

  • Tomato paste

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Juniper

    10 piece

  • Sour cream

    3 Tbsp

  • Mustard

    3 Tbsp

  • Sesame

Cooking

Onion, garlic and carrot, chop - cut into small cubes.

Bread pour milk, give a little soak, wring out slightly and grind in a blender.

Stuffing put in a bowl, mix with tomato paste. Proteins vzbit in a solid foam with a pinch of salt and carefully add to the mince and mix. Remove the ground beef in the fridge (20-30 minutes) while preparing everything else for the roll.

Cheese grate and mix with egg yolks and pepper.

Sauté the vegetables on a hot griddle: first, onion and garlic (until onion is transparent), then add the carrots and cook for another 4 minutes (until the carrots will not change the color to yellowish). Vegetables with butter transfer to a bowl and cool.

In minced meat add the vegetables, 1 bunch chopped dill, salt and pepper, carefully mix everything.

Paper for baking grease with oil, put the stuffing cubes.
