Description
I was interested in the recipe of a paste made of millet with a Polish culinary blog. Decided to cook it with small changes. What flavor was in the kitchen when the pie was baked in the oven! I suggest You to cook this unusual snack.

Cooking
The pate I made from millet flakes of TM "Mistral". Flakes pour hot water, cover with lid, leave for about 5-10 minutes. The cover is removed and give porridge to cool.
Was crushed hazelnuts (I crushed with a mini-chopper).
Slice the leeks and peeled garlic.
Carrots cleaned, scrubbed on a coarse grater.
Stir fry garlic, carrots and leeks in vegetable oil over medium heat until soft. Give the vegetables cool.
For porridge add fried vegetables, chopped hazelnuts, grated on a fine grater onion, soy sauce, marjoram, thyme, chopped parsley, nutmeg, salt (can add salt according to your taste), black pepper, soft butter.
Mix well all the ingredients.
Rectangular form grease with butter and sprinkle with breadcrumbs (the size of my forms 25*10 cm).
Spread the prepared mass to the form, align top.
Bake pie in a preheated 200 degree oven for about 40-50 minutes until Golden brown. Give pate to cool. Bon appétit!
