Very handy for the table, we carrot caviar! And not only as an appetizer, good for a snack! Also as a side dish! Very tasty fish! In the pasta! And potatoes! Even just to eat with a spoon! To make sandwiches! Prepared is not difficult! Dear, help yourself! And happy stay!

Ingredients

  • Carrots

    700 g

  • Onion

    700 g

  • Ketchup

    2 Tbsp

  • Vinegar

    1 tsp

  • Sugar

    1 tsp

  • Spices

    1 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Water

    50 ml

Carrots to boil, clear, RUB on a large grater.

Onion ( as you like) and fry in vegetable oil until transparent.

To the onions add the grated carrots, ketchup to taste, season with salt, add a pinch of sugar, pour a little water ( the consistency was like that of eggplant caviar), everything should be easy to get in the way.
