Squash-rice cakes
In the summer I often make these pancakes. Now that there are young zucchini, I suggest to bake.

Ingredients

  • Figure

    0.5 cup

  • Zucchini

    1 piece

  • Sour cream

    200 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Flour

    4 Tbsp

  • Tomato

    2 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Dill

  • Salt

  • Vegetable oil

Prepare the products.

Cook the rice until tender. Cool.

Zucchini grate on a grater, cut dill.

Working in a Cup put the rice, zucchini, egg, 3 tbsp sour cream, dill. Salt. Stir. Add flour. Mix well.

In frying pan, pour vegetable oil. Spread a spoonful of batter.

Fry on both sides. Spread on a paper towel, removing excess oil.

Served with tomatoes, herbs and sauce ( sour cream, garlic, herbs, salt).
