Delicious delicate cake of choux pastry with my favorite components: chicken, cheese and mushrooms. And when you consider that all this melting in the mouth test, it will only ask for a Supplement! ; )

Cooking
Dough: In a saucepan with water, put margarine and put on fire. Bring to a boil, stirring until margarine is fully melted.
Remove from heat and immediately pour all the flour. Quickly stir until smooth. Set aside and let cool slightly.
Mixer one to RUB the eggs, each time well and carefully vymeshivaem.
Add cream cheese, mustard, pepper, salt, pepper and all mix well.
Filling: Chicken boil. To separate the meat from the bones and cut into pieces. Finely chop the onion. Mushrooms chopped in half. Mushrooms and onions fry in sunflower oil.
Add the chopped chicken. Season with salt and pepper and fry another couple of minutes.
Assemble the pie: To the batter add grated cheese and mix well.
Pour gribnau-chicken-onion sauté and stir again.
The mold sprinkle with sesame seeds and spread the resulting mass. Send in a preheated 200 degree oven for 20 minutes. Then reduce the heat to 180 degrees and bake another 45-50 minutes.
The finished pie to get and give it 5-10 minutes to stand up in the form. Remove from the mold and let stand for another 10 minutes. That's all!!! BON APPETIT!!!
