Another recipe potatoes-quick... Tasty and juicy, especially the young. Suitable as a side dish, but such a composition on a plate and to Ukrainian borscht instead of the traditional donuts, and of course 40% of the drinks...

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    4 piece

  • Dill

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Vegetable oil

  • Salt

Potatoes wash, wipe dry, make small tattoos with a knife and bake in the microwave power 750 5 minutes, cut into pieces, add salt.

Fry in vegetable oil until it will turn brown.

To make the sauce: finely chop the dill, crush the garlic and add the flavored oil, mix well.

Pour the sauce over still hot potatoes, add on a dish of chopped herring or a red fish, green onions. I often make this snack with red borscht, a delicious and flavorful combination! Bon appetit!
