Gravy
If the time is not enough, what always helps? Just a simple recipe! A quick dinner and lunch! No meat? So it doesn't matter! Because the sausage is always there! Loved by adults and children these bright gravies!

Ingredients

  • Sausage

    300 g

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Tomato paste

    1 Tbsp

  • Tomato

    0.5 piece

  • Flour

    2 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    1 tsp

  • Salt

  • Spices

  • Greens

  • Water

    2 cup

  • Vegetable oil

Cooking

Onion cut into half rings, carrot cubes (preferably on the Korean grater)

Fry in hot oil until Golden

Sausage (or sausage) cut into slices, add to onions with carrots

Fry for 3-4 minutes

Add tomato (paste, sauce or ketchup), grate a little fresh tomato (without skin)

Fry half a minute

Dissolve the flour in a glass of cold water, stir and pour into the pan with the sausages, stir

Then add 1 Cup of water

Stir and simmer 5 minutes, stirring occasionally

Greens cut, I dill. add to gravy, add salt, sugar, spices, bring to boil, saute 2 minutes, and can be turned off

Gravy is ready. Serve with your favourite side dish.
