Meatballs in a spicy sauce
Do not get tired to repeat that dish of minced meat - my favorite! Fast, tasty, varied!

Ingredients

  • Minced meat

    500 g

  • Green onions

    0.5 coup

  • Crackers

    2 Tbsp

  • Tomato sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Mustard

    1 tsp

  • Pepper green

  • Sugar

    1 tsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Sundried tomatoes

    4 piece

  • Cream

    200 ml

  • Mustard

    1 tsp

  • Soy sauce

    1 Tbsp

  • Vinegar

    1 Tbsp

  • Mustard seeds

    1 tsp

Cooking

Stuffing ( I have a home classic) mix with chopped green onions, ground breadcrumbs, spices and pepper. Knead well and beat.

With wet hands roll meatballs is based on three pieces per serving. To put in ceramic form.

Put on top coarsely chopped onions and carrots, sprinkle with mustard seeds and sliced sun-dried tomatoes.

Pour the mixture of cream with the mustard, soy sauce and wine vinegar. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 25 minutes. Allow to stand without heating for another 5 minutes.

Serve hot with sauce and fresh bread.
