Gratin of cauliflower with chicken
Incredibly delicious casserole. This is my original recipe. The dish is cooked in multivarka VITEK VT - 4211 W.

Ingredients

  • Chicken breast

    500 g

  • Cauliflower

    800 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Chicken egg

    7 piece

  • Cream

    100 ml

  • Curry

    1 tsp

  • Black pepper

  • Salt

  • Water

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

Cooking

Sauerkraut pour water and cook at boiling for 3 minutes. Drain in a colander. Boil in slow cooker mode "Stew" for 20 minutes or on the stove.

Chicken breast cut into pieces. In the bowl multivarki pour 1 tbsp. of vegetable oil and place the chicken. Selectable mode "Browning" for 15 minutes, roast it, covered with a lid, and periodically turning.

Onion finely chop and add to the chicken. All fry.

In a bowl break the eggs, pour in the cream, add salt, pepper and curry. All carefully mix.

After the roasting, add in the bowl multivarki boiled cauliflower. The contents of the bowl gently mix.

Pour contents of the bowl of egg-cream mixture. Close the slow cooker lid.

Exhibiting mode "Quenching" for 30-35 minutes. I pictured 40, but it's a bit much.
