Meatballs with Adygei cheese and vegetables in a slow cooker
I want to show you an unusual but very tasty recipe meatballs, it is unusual that the composition of meatballs is my favorite soft cheese. And the vegetables a little crunchy is very well set off the taste of meatballs!!!

Ingredients

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Salt

  • Flour

    1 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

  • Adyghe cheese

  • Sour cream

    100 ml

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Cabbage

    500 g

  • Minced meat

    400 g

  • Black pepper

  • Water

    125 ml

This recipe I cooked in multivarka Multivarka VITEK VT-4215 BW. Adygei cheese crumble, finely chop the onion. In minced meat add cheese, onion and egg. Season with salt and pepper and mix well.

Put the vegetables in a bowl multivarki where roasted meatballs, choose program Stew, set time for 30 minutes. Cook about 5 minutes, then pour 125 ml of boiling water, season with salt and pepper and simmer for another 15 minutes.

Sour cream mix with 1 tbsp flour, salt and pepper, mix well.

Add sour cream to the vegetables, mix well and simmer until the end of the program. To the vegetables add the meatballs and serve!!!
