Cooking
This recipe I cooked in multivarka Multivarka VITEK VT-4215 BW. Adygei cheese crumble, finely chop the onion. In minced meat add cheese, onion and egg. Season with salt and pepper and mix well.
Of meat to form meatballs.
In the bowl multivarki pour vegetable oil, to choose a program Roasting, set time, 35 minutes. Fry meatballs on both sides until cooked.
While the meatballs roasted carrots peel and cut into thin circles a bit.
Cabbage cut into squares.
Put the vegetables in a bowl multivarki where roasted meatballs, choose program Stew, set time for 30 minutes. Cook about 5 minutes, then pour 125 ml of boiling water, season with salt and pepper and simmer for another 15 minutes.
Sour cream mix with 1 tbsp flour, salt and pepper, mix well.
Add sour cream to the vegetables, mix well and simmer until the end of the program. To the vegetables add the meatballs and serve!!!
