Kharcho-Megrelian
Kharcho-a Georgian dish is originally from Samegrelo. It kharcho soup kharcho, which we used to see and eat with rice. The dish is very interesting, sharp-spicy and flavorful. Despite the presentable appearance, the taste feels very luxurious and rich. Help yourself!

Ingredients

  • Veal

    500 g

  • Onion

    3 piece

  • Walnuts

    0.5 cup

  • Tomato paste

    2 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    5 tooth

  • Salt

  • Bay leaf

    1 piece

  • Adjika

    2 Tbsp

  • Spices

Veal cut into small cubes, chop onions. Water in a pan pour enough to just cover the meat with the onions. Add salt, Bay leaf and cook over medium heat until the meat is tender. Nuts to scroll through a meat grinder, add to the meat. Quickly stir, add half a Cup of water. Reduce the fire and cook for about 10 minutes.
