Ham baked with feta
Juicy, flavorful pork with a taste of feta you can cook for the New Year. The meat is good hot or cold for sandwiches.

Ingredients

  • Ham

    1300 g

  • Feta

    150 g

  • Parsley

    0.5 coup

  • Soy sauce

    3 Tbsp

  • Honey

    2 Tbsp

  • Pomegranate juice

    4 Tbsp

  • Mustard

    1 Tbsp

  • Peppers red hot chilli

    1 pinch

  • Olive oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Garnet

    1 handful

Marinade: mix soy sauce, I have Kikkoman, mustard, honey, pomegranate juice, a pinch of red hot pepper.
