Vegetable rye bread
Very tasty crispbread. Exactly what we need in the Post and not only. Very convenient to take along as a snack or use as the basis for a sandwich.

Ingredients

  • Rye flour

    2 cup

  • Water

    100 ml

  • Vegetable oil

    4 Tbsp

  • Cumin

    1 pinch

  • Salt

Sift the flour into a bowl, add salt to taste, cumin and sunflower oil Oleina.

Gradually adding water, knead the dough. Put into the refrigerator for 3-4 hours.

Gently move the loaves on a baking sheet, covered with baking paper. Bread chop and (optional) sprinkle with salt and dry garlic powder. Bake in the oven at 200C for 12-15 minutes. Allow to cool.
