Description
Eastern treat made of starch and orange juice laced with hazelnut. Tender cubes dusted with powdered sugar. In Turkish language "Turkish delight" means "pleasure in pieces".

Cooking
A minimum of ingredients, and how delicious.
Squeeze the juice from oranges. It took me 4 pieces.
Sugar mix with 1/3 juice and cook on medium heat for 5-7 minutes.
The rest of the juice mixed with starch and a thin stream pour in boiling syrup.
Stirring, cook 2-3 minutes, until thick. Remove from heat. Add nuts, cut in half, and mix thoroughly.
Even layer (no more than 2 cm) pour the mixture in a rectangular shape, pre-zastelil it with cling film. Leave to cool.
Slice the Turkish delight cubes and roll in powdered sugar.
