Cooking
To start making the dough for cookies. Mix the sifted flour, egg, butter, baking powder, vanilla. Make from the dough small balls, slightly flatten and put on baking tray with baking paper. Bake about 15-20 minutes at 180*C.
As cookies bake, allow it to cool. Then start to make sugar syrup. In the water pour the sugar (1.5-2 cups to 2 cups of water), stir and put on fire.
As the syrup boils, throw cookies, stirring occasionally, cook for 5-10 minutes.
Lay out the biscuits in shape (tight to each other), give them time to cool down.
Begin to cook the pudding. Milk pour into a saucepan, add the flour, starch, sugar, vanillin. Stirring well, cook pudding until thick (like boils, 1-2 minutes max).
Hot pudding spread on cooled cookies. Cool dessert to room temperature.
