Second option: in pita bread, put thin slices of cheese on their slices of sausage (or meat), Korean carrot (you can Korean-style eggplant) and finish again with slices of cheese. Put the pita in the microwave and cook 1-2 minutes to melt cheese. Can be done in the oven or on the stove on a dry pan. Serve while it's hot. Bon appetit!
