Tiger prawns in beer batter
Delicious, juicy shrimp turned out to air in the beer batter with sauce in small wafer baskets. Maybe You will like it

Ingredients

  • Shrimp

    12 piece

  • Tartlet

    12 piece

  • Mayonnaise

    2 Tbsp

  • Cucumber

    1 piece

  • Turmeric

    0.5 tsp

  • Beer

    0.5 cup

  • Flour

    100 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Vegetable oil

    200 g

Prepare a thick batter of beer, flour (may have to add) and eggs. Salt and pepper to taste.

Thawed and peeled shrimp dip in batter and fry in sufficient amount of vegetable oil on all sides (I fried in a small saucepan deep-fried (1 Cup of vegetable refined oil)).

Spread on paper towel to soak up excess fat.

For the sauce grind in a blender pickled cucumber, mix with mayonnaise and turmeric (write 0.5 tsp. Important not to overdo it (a spoon-we are all different), and it will taste bitter). Better to add little and taste to Your taste (sorry, no photo)

Waffle baskets ready to fill with sauce (about 1 teaspoon), put on top of the shrimp. Decorate as desired
