"Enchanted by the moon" - a beautiful romantic Comedy, was awarded 3 Oscars. In grannyh starring cher and Nicolas Cage. The story of one Italian family living in Brooklyn. There I spied the recipe for this egg. :-) Nothing new from the region of taste, but very original presentation! This is my gift to all the cooks for Valentine's Day!

Prepare the bread slices in the following way. Cut the red bell pepper. Heat the frying pan with oil for frying.
Put on a pan of bread with a hole in the middle and around the sliced peppers. In the hole egg. Add salt fine salt.
Fry it until Browning bread, then assemble the roasted pepper on top of eggs and flip. Fry for another 2-3minutes. The yolk should not boil.
Again we turn now to a plate. Decorate with greens available. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, but not necessarily. Bon appetit!
