Poppy seed cake
Very delicious cake with lots of poppy seeds and sour cream souffle. Tender, melting, aromatic. Try it, you will love it!

Ingredients

  • Butter

    175 g

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Sugar

    250 g

  • Flour

    60 g

  • Mac

    150 g

  • Sour cream

    500 g

  • Vanilla sugar

    2 tsp

  • Leavening agent

    2 tsp

  • Gelatin

    10 g

The products are quite affordable and familiar. I used gelatin sheets but will fit any other. The butter should be soft and the eggs room temperature. Sour cream must be fresh. Turn on the oven at 175-180 degrees.

Softened butter RUB with sugar.

Right under the blades of the mixer one by one add the eggs and whisk for 5 minutes.

Add poppy seeds and stir.

Add flour and baking powder. Knead well until smooth. The consistency of thick cream. The dough is ready.

Split shape with a diameter of 24 cm liberally grease with butter on the bottom put a circle of parchment paper and spread the dough.

Top covered the form with foil and send in preheated oven for 25 minutes.

While baked base, soak gelatin in water for 10 minutes, then squeeze it for 10 seconds and sent to the IMP.

The sour cream with sugar and vanilla sugar and beat for 7 minutes, add gelatin and whisk for 3 minutes.

Remove the cake base from the oven.

Without removing the base from the mold pour it sour cream. Leave to cool for 4 - 5 hours.

Hold the knife at the edge of the shape, remove the ring and carefully put the cake on a dish.
