Ingredients

  • Pear

    4 piece

  • Apple juice

    300 ml

  • Powdered sugar

    3 Tbsp

  • Saffron

  • Cardamom

    1 tsp

  • Chocolate milk

    120 g

  • Cream

    6 Tbsp

Pears peeled, cut in half lengthwise, being careful not to break the stalk. Core.

In a small saucepan, heat Apple juice, add sugar powder, cardamom and saffron. Bring to a boil and place the pear. Reduce the heat under the pan to low and simmer pears for 15 minutes. Then put in the oven . At a temperature of 90-100 degree of pear languished until tender, about an hour.

Chocolate melt in a water bath. Add the cream and knead until the mixture is smooth, uniform and glossy

Pears gently spread and leave to cool slightly. The remaining juice should be boiled in low heat for 4-5 minutes.

Pears to put in the cups, watered juice. Separately apply chocolate sauce.
