  • Garlic

  • Parsley

  • Orange juice

    50 ml

  • Flour

    3 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Butter

  • Green olives

  • Peanuts

For a start, marinate the breast. For this blender whisk orange juice, garlic and parsley. Slightly beats the breast and cover with the marinade. Leave to marinate for at least an hour in a closed container (I marinated overnight) in the refrigerator. At the same time, the raisins, pour the wine and also put in the refrigerator.
