Cutlets from cauliflower
Had to have soup with chicken meatballs. But it did not happen, because the family demanded cutlets and minced meat was not enough. As a result, the light is born here such wonderful cakes-pancakes. Juicy, tender... Became a favorite dish in our family.

Ingredients

  • Cauliflower

    1 piece

  • Minced chicken

    300 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Parsley

  • Dill

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Flour

    3 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Salt

  • The mixture of peppers

Cauliflower wash, disassemble on inflorescences and boil 5 minutes in salted water.

While the water boils and the cabbage is cooked, shred the onion and garlic. I think you can use the frog, but I don't like this unit and I use rarely, because after applying the garlic begins to show its not very good quality - appears bitterness, and instead of the delicate aroma of the dish has a sharp smell of garlic. But this is my subjective opinion.

Cabbage recline in a colander and leave to cool. Onions fry in vegetable oil until Golden in color, BUT in any case not to burn it. Says Jamie Oliver - there's nothing worse than raw onions in meatballs. Well, obey him, still standing.

Shred chilled cabbage. This can be done in a blender or grinder. I prefer to cut with a large knife. I like when the cutlets caught pieces of cabbage.

I love the mixture of peppers - a spicy aroma and taste!!! I have a large ground sea salt and pepper in a mortar, but you can use table salt and black pepper, BUT it needs to be freshly ground. If You don't have mortar or grinder, just wrap the peppercorns-peas in a towel and carefully tap on them with a rolling pin or any improvised unbreakable object. By the way, it's good for stress! :-)

To the mince add the onion, cabbage, eggs, garlic, salt, pepper, flour and chopped dill and parsley (I have fresh was not, I put a dry).

    Спасибо большое за рецепт. Мои не любят цветную капусту... так в этих оладушках я ее спрятала)). Пока пожарила - треть дети с'ели. А самому мелкому вообще можно без гарнира давать... 3-4 оладушка и ребенок сыт))
