Goulash From South Tyrol
A perfect "winter& quot; dish, known all over the world in different countries cook in different ways. I would like to offer the option of South Tyrol is incredibly beautiful "country in the country" - Autonomous region in Northern Italy.

Ingredients

  • Meat

    500 g

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Paprika sweet

    2 tsp

  • Zira

    1 tsp

  • Marjoram

    1 tsp

  • Dry red wine

    250 ml

  • Salt

  • Olive oil

    2 Tbsp

Meat (the original recipe used beef, this time I cooked pork) cut into cubes, onions chop. Fry the onions in olive oil until transparent.

Add the paprika and the meat, stir, continue to cook for about 15 minutes (until, until the meat juice is almost all evaporated)

Pour in the wine, cover and simmer for 50 minutes on low heat.
