Cooking
Mix the flour with wheat bran, baking powder, and salt.
Whisk the egg with yogurt and add to the mixed flour with the bran.
Knead the dough and set it aside for 15 minutes. If the dough is slightly sticky, pour it with flour. Tsepinite from the test pieces, and shape future rolls. Put them on the laid paper baking sheet and let stand another 10 minutes.
