Azerbaijani soup beef
Soup beef turns rich, dense and rich to taste.

Ingredients

  • Beef

    1 kg

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Pepper

    2 piece

  • Tomato

    4 piece

  • Cilantro

    2 coup

  • Garlic

    5 tooth

Wash and cut the boneless beef into large chunks. Cuts of beef put in a pot and fill with cold water, put it on the stove. Remove the foam from the meat. Close the lid, cook for 1.5 hours on low heat.

Cut into small cubes onion and bell pepper. When the meat is separated from bones, put them chopped vegetables.

Tomatoes grate on a grater and add to stew in the soup.

When boiling contents of the pan, add salt, pepper, garlic to taste. Reduce heat, half cover with a lid and leave to cook for about 30 minutes. At the end, add finely chopped greens.
