Cooking
Prepare all vegetables for snacks.
Chop the vegetables randomly, I usually do this with a knife to be beautiful and pleasing to the eye. Broccoli take the frozen, but first pour cold water below the ice is gone, then add to vegetables. Garlic cut in half, peppers into small segments
Put the vegetable slices in a glass bowl.
Now for the marinade. Boil water and cook all the spices.
In boiling water, put sugar, salt, pepper peas, Bay leaf, Oleina oil and vinegar, allow to boil and dissolve salt and sugar. Taste the marinade turns a rich sour-sweet-salty.
Remove the marinade from heat and pour our vegetables. For flavor you can put a few branches of fresh dill.
