Salad fern
In the spring we in the Primorye decided to collect young shoots of bracken. Exotic look, the taste-a cross between mushrooms and eggplant, as they say. But for me, the fern-it, fern taste! There are several ways of its preparation and a lot of interesting dishes that can be prepared from this wildflower. I will share with you how I do it. This appetizer is very handy for any outing! Just feel complete unity with nature!

Ingredients

  • Carrots

  • Garlic

  • Soy sauce
