Cooking
Cook in multivarka VITEK VT-4204 GY.
For cooking casseroles, we need sun-dried tomatoes. I make them myself in the microwave.
Cauliflower wash, disassemble on inflorescences. You can use frozen.
Cut into cubes the mozzarella, you can take sulguni.
The original recipe is taken lavash (Armenian), but I was not, I took ciabatta, adhering to the Italian version of the recipe. Bread torn or cut into pieces.
Take the cream, break the eggs, add salt, freshly ground black pepper, finely cut parsley and thyme (I dry). All whisk.
In the bowl multivarki put in a chaotic order the cauliflower, mozzarella, ciabatta, sun-dried tomatoes.
Put the mode "Pastries" 30 minutes. Close the lid.
After the beep, casserole is ready.
Get a casserole with bowls for roasting, turn it over onto a plate. Bon appetit!
