I don't like beets since childhood. However, since childhood - I'm convinced of its benefits. Therefore, all the time looking for new delicious ways of eating. Here is one of the eternal results of the search. Flavorful marinated raw beets, browned mushrooms and juicy omelette with a handful of fresh green spinach – tasty and healthy!

Cooking
Beets peel and very thinly slice it into strips.
Boil the marinade from under pickled cucumbers and beets, pour boiling marinade. Allow to cool, then lightly magnetite and remove in the cold for a couple of hours.
Onions to chop thin straws, mushrooms I have cooked, but it can be any – cut into slices. Fry onion in butter without smell and add the mushrooms and fry all together until light blush. Cool.
Egg stir well with a pinch of salt and fry an omelet pancake.
To cool the pancake and slice it into strips. Olives cut into rings. To mix the products with pickled beets, pre-drain the remaining marinade.
Spinach wash and dry. Coarsely chop or tear by hand. I just chose the small leaves and left them whole. Add to salad and mix well. Pour flavored sunflower oil, add pressed through garlic, mix and bring to the table.
