Tongue salad with tapenade
The salad is quite simple to prepare. Tapenade gives it the original taste and flavor. Elegant, harmonious and tasty. This salad is perfect for the holiday table.

Ingredients

  • Beef tongue

    400 g

  • Cherry tomatoes

  • Lettuce

    1 coup

  • Olive oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Olives

  • Capers

    2 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Olive oil

For tapenade peeled garlic, olives and capers grind in a blender.

Pour olive oil and again mix everything thoroughly in a blender. Transfer to a bowl and put into the refrigerator.
