The fresh cabbage salad with sunflower seeds
Fresh and tasty Kale salad with peppers, tomatoes and fragrant dressing – quick, easy, tasty and healthy. Sunflower seeds are the product, surprisingly rich for its food values and useful components, and in this case, seeds will help to give vegetable salad additional unusual and very interesting taste.

Ingredients

  • Cabbage

    300 g

  • Pepper

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Green onions

    1 coup

  • Cherry tomatoes

    8 piece

  • Salt

  • Sunflower seeds

    3 Tbsp

  • Olive oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Soy sauce

    1 Tbsp

  • Vinegar

    2 tsp

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Sugar

  • Dill

    50 g

  • Parsley

    50 g

  • Black pepper

  • Salt

Cooking

Cabbage finely chopped, sprinkle a small pinch of salt. Grind the cabbage with your hands until the juice.

Cut into strips bell pepper.

Onion chopped in small cubes or strips, pour hot water, add Apple cider vinegar to taste, let stand for 5 minutes and drain, cool.

Slice the tomatoes.

Finely chopped green onions. Mix the cabbage with the peppers, tomatoes, onions and green onions.

Prepare the filling: mix and blend Apple cider vinegar with olive oil, soy sauce and sugar. Salt as desired, enough for me soy sauce.

Add finely chopped greens and garlic, stir, to give the sauce a little brew, ~ 10 minutes, and season the salad. Mix well.

Put the salad on a dish and sprinkle with roasted seeds. Bon appetit!
