Pork to beat off, salt, add spices and marinate for 20-30 minutes. For the sauce-marinade, use any store-bought marinade for meat. It is possible to make sour cream or mayonnaise + spices (you can just spices). A lot of options. Repulsed meat is very well-absorbed.
