Prepared quickly. Delicious. Turned out 2.5 liters.

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    1 kg

  • Mushrooms

    300 g

  • Onion

    300 g

  • Cream

    200 ml

  • Flour

    1 Tbsp

  • Sunflower oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Greens

  • Crackers

Boiling potatoes

Cut onion into julienne strips

Cut mushrooms quartered

Fry the onion

Once the onion becomes transparent, add the mushrooms

Add flour

Add all the potatoes

Add the cream. Take a blender and mix all.
